the telstra experience centre is a world-class customer facility which demonstrates telstra's commitment to improving customer experience. designed and built for customers, it provides an environment where they can come and test product designs prior to commercial release, and experience first-hand how products can be used in a number of real life scenarios, such as banking, retailing, or warehousing. these scenarios replicate situations customers encounter in their businesses every day.
the centre hosts two demonstrations rooms, a solution development laboratory, a collaboration centre, a fully functional media centre, and a boardroom.
