reach out! is a web-based service that inspires young people to help themselves through tough times. The aim of the website is to improve young people’s mental health and well being by providing support information and referrals in a format that appeals to young people.
the confidential and anonymous nature of reach out! provides a non-threatening first step for young people to explore how they can help themselves bounce back from a tough time. The service also aims to break down the stigma attached to seeking help, and connect young people so they can share their stories and provide support to each other in a safe and positive environment.
